Royal Canin Complaints 2010

Because many migratory birds when they take the flying V formation?

This unique phenomenon has been a mystery for a long time: ethologists and researchers have so far tried to interpret it with two different theories .
According to the first, fly in the characteristic V formation allows the birds to reduce the impact aero. Each animal in fact creates a wake that is exploited by volatile following to reduce friction, and then move forward with less effort, a bit 'as it happens in racing when a driver uses the wake of the preceding car to earn some' speed .
The second explanation suggests instead that the migration to take this special training planes slightly offset to each other, to enjoy the best view ever.

Computer simulations
A computer model developed by Valmir Barbosa and Andre Nathan University of Rio de Janeiro has combined these two opposing theories, leading to interesting results. The computer has created a flock of birds 15:35: he is then asked to place each bird so that everyone could stay in touch with his neighbor, but in such a position that allowed him to be completely free viewing.
The model proposed as the best solution to their delta formation is used by many migratory birds such as wild ducks. Subsequent simulations showed that the final result depends on the initial position of the birds.
Computer models developed at the same time in the past that did not consider the two theories had never come to define any patterns in nature actually adopted by birds.
